Immigration psychological evaluations are extensive psychological reports which can help attorneys and immigration officials determine whether applicants will be able to lawfully remain in or enter the United States based on specific factors and circumstances.
Types of evaluations performed include:
- Asylum
- Extreme Hardship
- VAWA
- T-Visa
- U-Visa
A psychological evaluation and report could make a difference in your status, adding great value to your immigration case.
Mental Health evaluations and written reports only; not available to serve as an expert witness or attend court.
Fee: $1,000.
Includes 2 meetings of approximately 1-1.5 hours each, detailed report of around 12-15 pages, and a quick turnaround time.
